Welcome future medical students or visitors to our "Nature Isle". We have decided to post this web site to promote our house for rent and help anyone preparing to live, visit or study in Dominica.

We live in Chance, about a quarter mile from Portsmouth. It is a very quiet and friendly area to live in. We are also a 2-3 minute drive from Ross University. Our house is a three level concrete structure. My wife, son and I reside on the top, operate a small grocery store on the second level, which can be of great convenience to our tenants who occupy the bottom level. The rental is a very comfortable two bedroom two bath which is fully furnished. It is also equipped with cable television, air conditioning, microwave, hot and cold water in showers, and high speed ADSL internet service. Perfect home for a family or students who are preparing to visit the island and wanting to get away from the medical school campus for some peace and quiet study. We even have a car available to use while staying with us!!!!!

Above is a map of Dominica. As you can see Portsmouth is on the northwest coast. Porstmouth is the second largest city, and Roseau the capital to the south is the largest. Our country is approximately 15 miles wide and 25 miles long.
